According to recent polling data most Americans are experiencing distrust in our elections in the United States. What should happen easy Counting machine Hidden behind extraordinary coding, “intellectual property” claims, and ownership by sophisticated private equity firms.
The federal government has not updated these machines and their guidelines for “safety” in years. Before the iPhone came into being. And now we learn that a federal agency is actually fabricating documents to cover their loopholes. This should not be a partisan issue: These machines should to go
The fact that the Election Assistance Commission (EAC) did not have valid credentials for Voting Machine Testing Laboratory Pro V&V before the 2020 elections has been revealed in several court cases and testimony to state legislatures. Yet, somehow, they seem to ignore this amazing fact. Gateway Pundit had previously reported on this while also talking about the conflict of interest that exists with these “testing” labs being paid by the companies they are “testing” for.
But last month, a new discovery was made by Citizens Investigating the disastrous 2020 election that c. fraud, violation of state and federal laws, series of custody violations, and destruction of evidence. Citizen investigators Kevin Monclaw and David Cross discovered that not only was Pro V&V not properly accredited, but it appears that they were involved in Forgery of documents with EAC Testing and Certification Director, Jerome Lovato.
According to an official complaint submitted by Moncla and Cross to the Georgia State Board of Elections in August, their investigation “has uncovered evidence that calls into question not only the validity of Georgia’s voting system certification, but the accreditation of voting system testing laboratories, and the credibility of the EAC itself.”

According to their official complaint (“Complaint”):
- Pro V&V’s EAC Voting System Testing Lab accreditation expired in 2017.
- The accreditation status has been misrepresented by EAC officials
Pro V&V and have gone to extraordinary lengths to hide the fact
That Prof. V&V’s accreditation had expired for an extended period
- The record and analysis strongly suggest that the EAC
Documents on behalf of Pro V&V then posted those documents
on the EAC website. It seems that this was done in an attempt to do so
It shows as if the required documents were timely
- After the 2020 general elections, the EAC made a false claim
That was because Pro V&V did not have the Accreditation Certificate(s).
- Delays due to COVID-19
- Administrative error
- Recognition was not revoked
- Georgia’s existing voting system was not certified
Help America Vote Act. Voting system bought by Georgia
The voting system was not tested by an EAC accredited testing lab

- The record and analysis strongly suggest that the EAC
The importance of the EAC documenting on behalf of the Pro V&V not only increased public distrust in this federal organization, but also raised the question of whether there were Dominion machines in Georgia. ever Certified, seeing as how they are brand new and have never been used before Pro V&V’s last certificate of accreditation.
According to the complaint:
On September 11, 2019, an attorney representing the Coalition for Good Governance
The pending federal lawsuit (Curling v. Raffensperger) sent an email to Ryan Germany, Gen.
Attorney for the Georgia Secretary of State. The email inquired about accreditation
Position of Pro V&V who investigated Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5A(G) Voting of Georgia
system which was later validated by the EAC. Specifically, the email states in part:
“3. Finally, we understand that Pro V+V acted as a testing agent for
Also to provide some functional testing for EAC and state certification
of the BMD system. We have been unable to find a current EAC certificate
Recognition for Pro V+V. Certificates seem to have been removed
From the EAC website, and we can find that it has expired in 2017.
Can you please advise if Pro V+V is an accredited testing lab,
Certified by EAC?
A document was posted for 6 days, under the Pro V&V Records page on the EAC website after The Ryan Germany letter cited above. The file with the file name “Pro V&V letter of Agreement.pdf” should still be downloadable. This document, unlike the March 2020 one found here, is missing a date and a signature, viz is required By EAC.
Another unusual difference with the seemingly fabricated document is the composition of the header. When the title for the “2015” document created by “jlovato” on 9/17/2019 is opened in Photoshop, These are actually two different pictures As if someone cut and pasted it together, unlike the 3/10/2020 headline which is also shown below:
And besides the last obvious difference Incorrect spelling Their “Official Letterhead” (“BoulevardS“Instead of “Boulevard”), is the listed address for EAC. Even though this document was actually created in 2015 as they claim and not on 9/17/2019 as the metadata evidence, The address for EAC is incorrect. According to the complaint, S. Address has been changed for EAC at 1335 East West Highway, MD on October 22, 2013, two years before the “original” date and 6 years before the original creation date.
The EAC claimed that there was a gap in accreditations due to “COVID-19”. Well, apparently there was no Covid-19 in 2017 when their most recent accreditation certificate was posted on the EAC website. And since the accreditation is only 2 years, the new accreditation would have expired in February 2019, which is a full year before the pandemic in the United States becomes “outstanding”.
So not only is the EAC losing Pro V&V’s most current accreditations, they will also be losing their 2019 renewal documents. Mr. Lovato tried to play down the economics in his memo on the subject by saying that “the EAC has never voted to revoke the accreditation of a pro V&V.” No one is making such a claim. We are claiming that it has expired. Expiration and cancellation are not the same. One is automatic and the other is a sequential manual operation.
Not only do we now have strong evidence that Pro V&V c No For 2020 elections or recognized from February 2017Which also means Not a single machine tested by them should be valid in the entire United StatesBut we also now have evidence that EAC Director of Testing and Certification Jerome Lovato fabricated Documents on behalf of Prof. V&V Retrospectively Cover your proverbial butt.
I believe Mr. Monclaw and Mr. Cross summed it up best:
As we mark the 20th year of the EAC, we must acknowledge that the EAC has failed to develop
And the voting system failed to monitor the accreditation of testing, maintaining testing guidelines
labs, and failed to test our nation’s voting systems to even remotely reasonable standards. The
The fact is that the EAC has failed miserably in not only its main mission, but all missions
For its entire existence.
The EAC’s actions, as detailed here, go beyond mere failure. EAC has
Created a fraudulent record for Pro V&V and repeatedly, knowingly, and intentionally
Misrepresented the expired accreditation status of the Voting System Testing Laboratory
American people. The deceptive practices of the EAC have fostered a false sense of security
and has materially breached its obligations under HAVA
The legacy standard of any established organization or industry does not exist with voting
system in the United States. There is no benchmark, no independent method of testing, no
Oversight, and therefore states have no choice but to perform their own due diligence to scrutinize our voting systems.
Therefore, the Georgia State Board of Elections should immediately suspend its use
Dominion voting systems can be reviewed by a full, independent panel of experts
