Dana Perino: “[Fetterman’s] Not campaigning, and yet the RealClearPolitics average still has him at 47% and you at 39%. Are you sure that if the election were held today, you would have lost?”
Mehmet Oz: “No, because I think if people were paying attention, as they will be in the next two months — and the gap is closing fast, as you know. It will keep closing fast. ”
The only thing that is closing fast is Dr. Oz’s window that is selling magic elixirs to Mitch McConnell to prevent his invalid change in loose-leaf tea bags.

Of course, there was more… lying, that is.
PERINO: “Democrat John Fetterman has so far refused to debate my next guest, after this back-and-forth over Fetterman’s stroke. ‘My recovery may be a joke to Dr Oz and his team, but it’s real to me,’ says the Democrat. I will not participate in any debate during the first week of September, but look forward to a productive discussion about how we can move forward and Dr. We can have a real conversation on this once Oz and his team are ready to take it seriously.’ Dr. to answer here. There are oz. How you respond … He’s saying that he feels like you’re making fun of his health, and that’s why he won’t argue. Were you making fun of his health?”
Oz: “Absolutely not. I’ve already said, as a doctor, I have a lot of empathy and compassion for how challenging it is to bounce back from a stroke. I gave John Fetterman many opportunities to explain that I was for him. How can that make it easier to argue. But at this point, since he gave so many reasons for not showing up, including the fact that he didn’t have time in his schedule, I’m of the opinion that he’s being radicalized. Hiding ideas, because he’s the farthest to the left. The most radical candidate in any competitive Senate race this cycle, and he doesn’t want those ideas to come out.”
Yes, Fetterman’s “extremist” views are on his website, which I can only assume he wants voters to see. They’re pretty detailed, and a lot of them are just Midwestern, roll-up-your-sleeves common sense—though maybe voters would love it if he told them there was a wonderful magic bean that would solve all their problems. can
Oz: He didn’t want to debate his primary. Listen, here are five major companies that offer debate. I have accepted these five arguments. There’s one that was due next Tuesday that he just pulled out. Next Friday is another; Let’s see what he does with it. He also does not leave his house and goes out and answers questions.”
Well, look here. A photo of Fetterman refusing to leave his “home” – which, for the record, is in Pennsylvania. Oz may not recognize it because he has spent so little time there. Also, why would anyone leave their house if they were kicking their opponent’s ass from their couch? I feel like Fetterman knows what he’s doing. And I, for one, support Congressional candidates campaigning from their basements. I think we would all appreciate a quiet election cycle.

Of course, Fetterman isn’t just preaching from his basement.
But facts don’t matter to Oz.
Oz: “I’ve done 180 campaign events, and this is the deal. Democracy requires candidates who actually listen to voters, answer their questions and be accountable to what they have to say. But he takes a radical stand and he is unwilling to stand up and announce why he has taken this far-left stand. … John Fetterman is heading to the coasts, outside of California and New York, Pennsylvania, people who want to buy a Senate seat for the Democratic Party. They don’t appreciate what a radical leftist he is.
This part is just sad.

Did someone tell carpetbagger Mehmet Oz that he needs to hide his overt carpetbaggery by shouting loudly whenever Fetterman leaves the state? He went to the coasts. Shore! Take thee to thy fainting couch! It’s like a big preening Hollywood phony of Fetterman or something!
But there is more.
Oz: He wants to do something that will destabilize our country. You talked about drugs a second ago. He wants open borders, he wants sanctuary cities, he wants to legalize all drugs, he wants heroin injection sites. I will tell you, as a doctor, there is no way we can keep up with the massive influx of deadly fentanyl if John Fetterman gets his way. “
I don’t know if I’ve ever heard a Democratic politician say that they want completely open borders—though, given America’s short- and long-term labor shortages, we’re willing to let more willing workers into the country. can stand
That said, Fetterman’s true stance on immigration is clearly laid out here for all the world to see. A sample:
I fundamentally believe that immigration is what makes America, America. This issue is personal to me. My wife, Giselle, was a dreamer who came to America at age 7 with her family fleeing violence in Brazil. I wouldn’t have my family if it wasn’t for immigration.
It’s no secret that our immigration system is broken. We need a system that is strong, safe and humane. In the Senate, I will support investments that go toward strengthening our borders and stopping the flow of illegal drugs into our country. We must also work to ensure that our immigration system is humane. I support common sense immigration reform that will restore our nation’s heritage as a nation built by immigrants.
what He wants to stop the flow of illegal drugs into the country? How radical!

As for why Fetterman responded as he did to Credité Bay’s call for debate, the answer is clear: Oz was having an argument.
The Oz campaign said it would “pay for any additional medical personnel” Fetterman might need to have on standby, with an earpiece to allow him bathroom breaks and get his answers, all of his Apart from allowing notes to be kept on hand. staff
“My recovery may be a joke to Dr. Oz and his team, but it’s real to me,” Fetterman said.
Gee, maybe if Oz was really sincere in wishing Fetterman well, he’d reach into his bag of magic beans and give him the proper treatment. But it looks like the good doctor is blowing smoke up all our asses again. Which is not, for the time being, an FDA-accepted substitute for a colonoscopy, despite what people like Oz might lead you to believe.
It is clear that Mehmet Oz is the worst possible option for Pennsylvanians. Chip in $3 or more to help John Fetterman return to New Jersey, not the Senate!
