Like rival Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV Plus is full of exclusive original content. But unlike other Apple services, it only streams content that it has created. This meant that when the service was launched in November 2019, the catalog was not huge, but it filled up quickly.
Here’s what comes into streaming this month, followed by our guide to some of the best TV shows on Apple TV Plus.

The best Apple TV Plus series
This show has a fascinating premise: People may choose to undergo a procedure called separation, which separates their work and personal memories. The character of Scott Scott spends eight hours a day in the clean, strikingly white office space, without remembering her outside life. A former co-worker soon appears with a warning against the strange company. Great and exciting sci-fi thriller – enjoying Severance is no job at all.

The mystery of comedic murder in the same vein as Rian Johnson’s 2019 Knives Out, The Afterparty is a star whore that makes you guess and laugh at every episode. Tiffany Haddish, Dave Franco, Ilana Glazer, Ben Schwartz and others lend their talent to the show. If you decide to mix a mysterious comedy, The Afterparty should get right to the top of your stream list.

In this British comedy, Nikki and Jason want to have a baby, but they are trying to get pregnant. They decide to accept – a process that inevitably throws new challenges at their path. Rehearsal offers charm and fun with low stakes and it’s also a funny mockery. If you need some happy TV time, this show will help you.
You don’t have to love sports to love the Ted Lasso comedy series. The film was produced by Golden Globe Series star Jason Sudeikis with Scrubs creator Bill Lawrence and follows the tirelessly optimistic American coach Ted Las, who is leading the British team. Think of it as Friday Night Lights crossed with Saturday Night Live (in London). Season 2 is currently airing.

The Shrink Next Door (2021)
In my book, every show that includes Will Ferrell and Paul Rudd as their lead roles is already doing something very right. In the dramatic miniseries The Shrink Next Door, Ferrell and Rudd play characters at opposite ends of the personality spectrum – Ferrell is a smiling and timid owner of a textile shop and his representative is an egoistic therapist with manipulative tendencies. When the two are together, the result is both disturbing and exciting, so The Shrink Next Door is something you’ll want to try for yourself.

Mosquito Coast (2021-)
Justin Theroux plays Allie Fox, a strange inventor who takes his family off the grid to protest the company’s failure. Apple’s heavyweight drama is based on the actor’s uncle Paul Theroux’s novel (formerly shot with Harrison Ford in 1986). Now that Season 1 is over, Apple has already renewed this modern version of The Mosquito Coast for the second season.

Adapted by Stephen King from his own novel, Lisey’s Story plays Julianne Moore as a grieving widow returning to her marriage to her late husband, a famous novelist played by Clive Owen.
Ewan McGregor and Charlie Boorman get back on their bikes and head north from Argentina across South and Central America. In this sequel to the popular travel shows Long Way Round and Long Way Down, the pair of petrolheads get the green light. Harley-Davidson LiveWire electric motorcycles will travel 13,000 miles and 13 countries. It premiered on September 18 last year and new episodes are regularly streamed on Apple TV Plus.
Morning show (2019-)
Reese Witherspoon and Jennifer Aniston produce and star in the current #MeToo-era office policy series, while the television network is shaken by the indiscretion of Steve Carell. Among the impressive performances, Billy Crudup won an outstanding supporting actor in the 2020 Emmy Awards drama series. Thanks to the award-winning drama, strong cast and current themes, The Morning Show is worth watching.
Apple TV Plus
A science show focused on small creatures, narrated by Ant-Man Paul Rudd himself. An absolute genius.
Like every other of these modern nature documentaries, Tiny World is beautifully shot and brilliantly impressive.
Ordinary people dream big in Little America. The heavyweight cast tells the stories of immigrants living their lives in a pleasing anthology series full of funny, sweet, romantic and often surprising stories.
Sixth Sense director M. Night Shyamalan brings his brand of haunting domestic drama to the episodic television Servant, created and written by Tony Basgallop. After a crushing loss, two dismissed parents adopt a hyperrealistic doll to help them deal with their grief, but danger and deception lie in the nursery.
Truth Be Told is a drama for real crime fans that follows the recent trend of fictional crime podcasts. Octavia Spencer and Aaron Paul play podcasters and prisoners who were joined by a horrific crime years ago, and start a bitch who attracts both of their families in a fun mix of character-driven drama like Big Little Lies with real crime stories like Making. killer and stairs.
Dickinson takes the story of the true American poet Emily Dickinson and calls it a kind of period drama. It’s hardly historically accurate – Emily and her teenage friends act more like Riverdale characters – but it’s fun.
Home Before Dark (2020-)
Inspired by a report by real journalist Hilde Lysiak, Home Before Dark follows the story of a young girl who moves from Brooklyn to a small town by the lake. It starts slowly, but is characterized by some strong central performances, especially in the lead role.
Mythic Quest: Raven’s Banquet (2020-)
Mythic Quest: Raven’s Banquet is a must for anyone who is even briefly interested in video games or the industry that makes them. It’s unique, funny and partly serious. He walks through familiar territory, but it’s worth watching.
Chris Evans plays a darkly colored legal drama about a family involved in the secret of a Massachusetts murder. Jacob’s defense may be a familiar area, but fans of immersive character-driven crime drama will be drawn.
